SHE-LEARNS

Addressing systemic barriers to education and employment, SHE LEARNS aims to strengthen adult educators’ ability to support single mothers in career growth, digital skills, and financial literacy. The project promotes workforce reintegration through accessible training, OERs, and micro-credentials, and advocates for policy changes to support sustainable inclusion and gender equality.

Objectives:

  • Strengthen the Capacity of Adult Educators to Support Single Mothers in Learning & Career Development
  • Empower Single Mothers with Career Advancement & Basic Skills
  • Foster Flexible Learning Models & Work-Based Learning for Single Mothers
  • Raise Awareness & Advocate for Policy Change on Single Mothers’ Educational & Economic Inclusion

  • Conduct research and develop training materials
  • Create an e-learning platform with OERs and micro-credentials
  • Organise capacity-building workshops for adult educators
  • Launch the Upskilling & Mentorship Program for Single Mothers
